ABOUT US

Welcome to Therapy and Consultancy Solutions (TACS), we are a specialist therapy provider based in Northamptonshire. We offer innovative mental health therapy and consultancy services for children, young people, families, and adults across Northamptonshire and nationally. 

TACS was formed in response to the barriers in the mental health system that leave individuals feeling misunderstood,  destabilised, stuck and hopeless about their future. 

We work with individuals at all stages of the mental health continuum in various settings. Our therapists are highly experienced in working with a variety of needs, difficulties, and risk presentations related to mental health, trauma, attachment, and neurodiversity.

Passionate about making a difference, our innovative approach is rooted in our model of connection, collaboration, and consistency. It centers around honoring our clients lived experiences, needs, and preferences while integrating recommended evidence-based therapies and approaches to empower them to be, feel, and become the best versions of themselves. 

TACS, specialise in working with healthcare authorities and organisations to create and provide bespoke therapy and consultancy packages. We work with individuals who struggling to therapuectically engage and progress in inpatient settings and who are being discharged -transitioning in-between services to offer ongoing needed therapuectic continuity.
